Founded in 2014, JSA Consulting began with a clear mission: to bridge the gap between governance, policy, and the evolving needs of products and organizations. We have grown into a trusted advisor for multinational corporations, governments, professional service firms, non-profits, and foundations.
Over the past decade, we have partnered with clients across various sectors to deliver tailored, high-impact solutions rooted in a deep understanding of people, processes, policies, products, and performance. Our work has consistently focused on aligning strategy with operational realities, ensuring that governance frameworks and organizational policies adapt effectively to market demands and innovation.
Today, JSA Consulting continues to provide expert guidance in complex project and program management, governance and policy development, and process and product optimization helping clients not only meet their goals but evolve with purpose.
Our Leadership
Jasjeet Ajimal
Founder & Director
Jasjeet Ajimal is the Founder and Director of JSA Consulting, where he brings over a decade of experience leading high-impact engagements across the public, private, and non-profit sectors. His portfolio includes work with governments, healthcare systems, industry associations, law firms, donor-advised funds, and educational institutions. Jasjeet has successfully led initiatives involving the design and implementation of governance frameworks that support the disbursement of over $1 billion annually, the development of new products and services, the mitigation of operational and strategic risks, amongst many others.
Jasjeet was a fellow at Harvard’s Ash Center for Democratic Governance and Innovation and holds a Master in Public Administration from Harvard, a Master in Business Administration from the University of Toronto, and an Honours Bachelors from the University of Windsor.
